Care Environmental Surveying Limited undertake an asbestos sampling service, whereby, if you suspect you may have an asbestos in a building, we can take samples of the material for you under controlled conditions and submit them to an independent UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis and provide you with the results.

These results are generally available between 1 -3 working days, and from there we can advise on how you should proceed based upon the findings. We can also arrange for both Asbestos Refurbishment / Demolition and Asbestos Management Surveys to be undertaken through our preferred UKAS accredited Surveying Company with whom we have a loose partnership agreement.

Clients should be advised that it is now a legal requirement under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 to undertake a full Pre- Demolition and Refurbishment Survey prior to the commencement of any demolition or major refurbishment works to any building and or structure.
