At Care Environmental Surveying Limited, we have the experience and professionalism to effectively manage any size of asbestos removal project from projects within residential properties, to larger construction/demolition sites.

Our Directors and Contracts Managers will carry out an initial site inspection prior to completing all the relevant plans of work and risk assessments, and then managing the removal works from start to completion, ensuring that the project causes minimal disruption to the client. We are understanding of the fact that the asbestos removal element of a project is often part of a larger scheme of works, and any delays could seriously affect timescales and/or budgets. Based on this, our Contracts Managers are committed to working closely with our clients to plan projects that fit within given timeframes.

We are dedicated in providing honest and impartial advice to our clients with regards to understanding their responsibilities for managing asbestos, in line with the requirements of current legislation, as well as offering information in how to protect against the risks associated with asbestos containing materials. All asbestos removal projects are carried out in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and the Licensed Contractor’s Guide (HSG 247).

Upon completion, all relevant paperwork such as air clearance reports (where required), and hazardous waste notes will be passed to the client for their records.
